Computer distribution

Integrating ICT in education is not achievable unless schools have computers that can be accessed by teachers, learners and the school community.

We developed a model where high quality and affordable computers and equipments are sourced and installed in schools that qualify on provision of relevant prerequisites.

These computers are distributed to various educational institutions with each institution receiving at least 10 computers. This is geared towards the improvement of teaching and learning, enhance research and improve school management. The selection of institutions to benefit from this service is based on the applicants ability to fulfill the requirements specified by CfSU.

Networking of computers

In order to maximize the usage of computers installed at the school, CfSU adopts a mechanism of installing networks to foster sharing of resources at the school. It is through these networks that educational materials are accessed by the teachers and learners. Teachers are also encouraged to share locally developed content on the network.
